How about some fruit slushies to color your diet?

Good afternoon, my skinny little ferrets~

Let's face it. Junk food is on its way out, or the rest of us will be on our way out, right? So here are some wonderful recipes for fruit smoothies without the dairy, the fat or the heavy sugars:

First let's give you some choices for ingredients:

Watermelon Lemonade:

1 cup (de-seeded) watermelon chunks
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (the bottled stuff won't be as good)
1 Tbsp. Splenda sweetener
1/2 cup ice
8 ounces sparkling water

Peachy Slushie

1 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup ice
8 ounces sparking water

Mixed-berry Slush

1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup ice
8 ounces sparking water

Cranberry-Raspberry Slush

1/2 cup frozen cherries
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. Splenda sweetener
1/2 cup ice
8 ounces sparkling water

Grape-Blueberry Slush

3/4 cup frozen blueberries
4 ounces light grape juice
1/2 cup ice
6 ounces water


Combine in a blender and process until smooth!
